Just wanting to know if anyone know how to make and what to make it out of, a air deflector for a Yak 54 with a DA85 in it.
Have tried lite ply 1/8 but seem too flimsy . he-

i have seen carbon fibre plate and i have seen ply and use hysole works a treat and i seen guys taper it towards the head

where is the best place to get Hysole from and do you think 1/8 ply is to lite ???

To the plate if u glue around all the edges it will be fine
